The SpringHill Suites by Marriott in downtown Prescott is perfectly located in the heart of the city and within walking distance to restaurants, saloons, galleries and downtown festivals and events. Major renovations in 2020 have transformed all the public spaces and guestrooms into a brand new look. Bright, contemporary and upscale décor, cozy and comfortable seating areas, PC work stations and free Wi-Fi can be enjoyed in the lobby and business center. All guestrooms are mini-suites with kitchenettes, including sink, refrigerator and microwave. Their one-bedroom suite includes a living room, separate bedroom and fireplace.
The indoor heated pool is open all year with large glass doors leading to an adjacent patio that offers a fire-pit and a BBQ grill for guests to use. Sprouts Farmers Market is located next door to stock up on groceries and refreshments.
Pets are gladly accepted for a small fee and Granite Creek Park is just steps away for an easy walk with the dogs.
Driving an electric vehicle? No problem! They have a Chargepoint dual port station and Tesla adaptor in the parking lot and free for guests to charge.

The Residence Inn by Marriott is Prescott’s only extended stay accommodation offering full kitchens in every suite. Spacious studio, one and two bedroom suites include full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, stovetop and all pots, pans and utensils. One bedroom suites offer fireplaces, upon request. Trader Joe’s is located right across the highway for all your favorite items to stock the kitchen. They even offer free grocery delivery service right to your room!
Outdoor space is extensive, including a SportCourt™ for tennis, volleyball and basketball. The resort-like patio area has an outdoor pool, children’s wading pool, two whirlpools, fire-pit, fireplace, two BBQ grills and plenty of soft patio seating.
Free full breakfast and evening socials several times each week are included in the room rate. Nearby hiking trails such as Peavine Trail, Watson and Willow Lake Trails and Lynx Lake Trails are within a 15 minute drive.
Newly installed in 2020 are three electric vehicle charging stations with a total of five ports. One port is ADA compliant and all ports are adaptable for a Tesla. EV charging is free for both guests, non-guests and local residents.
